Trinity of Holy Thorn - Transformation
The Trinity of Holy Thorn Essence offers support during times of transition,
bringing clarity and a centredness of being.
Created on an Easter morning in co-operation with the three Holy Thorn
(Hawthorn) trees in the Chalice Well Gardens, it carries the wisdom of
surrender, and through its cleansing and purifying energies assists with the
transformation of suffering.
The Holy Thorn tree is associated with the Legend of Joseph of Arimathea, the
uncle of Jesus, in Glastonbury. On arriving after the crucifixion, he planted his
staff in the ground of Wearyall Hill where it took root and blossomed.
This tree (Crataegus monogyna ‘Biflora’) is not native to Britain but originates
from the Middle East. Its biennial flowering with white blossoms and red berries
at Easter and Christmas time is a source of wonder to many.

How to Use this Essence
Chalice Well Essences are most effective when worked with consciously. We suggest calling upon the Spirit of the Chalice Well and asking that you may receive all that you need at this time.
Take 7 drops under the tongue, or in a glass of water, morning and evening, or as your intuition suggests.
5 drops of an essence can be added to a warm bath.
A couple of drops can be rubbed directly onto the body, chakra, or acupuncture points.
