To celebrate our Unity conference Chalice Well is holding a vegetarian buffet attended by the conference speakers and workshop facilitators; Ervin Laszlo, Steve Nation, Flo Aeveia Magdalena, Glennie Kindred, Jay Ramsay to name a few...
This is an opportunity to meet the conference contributors and participants for a relaxed and informal evening.
Music from around the world performed by the fabulously talented Hat in Hand, a Bristol based band.
A team from the Immersive Vision Theatre in Plymouth University, are bringing an inflatable planetarium, offering you the chance to travel through the Universe and beyond!
Plymouth University's old William Day Planetarium (built in 1967) has been reborn as a 45 seat Immersive Vision Theatre (IVT), a trans-disciplinary instrument for the manifestation of material, immaterial and imaginary worlds. The IVT is being used for a range of activities, from cross disciplinary teaching to cutting edge research in modelling and visualisation.
The full dome is augmented by a 6 meter portable/inflatable Go Dome with a HL-X2 projector which is used for outreach programmes, exhibitions and site specific experiments.
Applications include Uniview which is the most advanced 4-dimensional digital atlas of the known universe so far. Developed to show real information and real science as it’s gathered by experts from around the world. We now have the capability of exploring our place in the universe like never before.
