1. Returns

1.1  Occasionally you may wish to return an item. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will refund you the full amount including postage and packing costs.

1.2  When you return an item to us we will also refund the full postage costs to you.

1.3  In the case of CD’s we are unable to refund items when the seal of the original item or items has been broken.

1.4  To return your item or items please ensure they arrive back to us within 30 days from the date you received them.

1.5  When returning items please ensure they are packaged safely and securely as we are unable to refund any items that are returned to us broken.

1.6  In the event that you received your items damaged please sign for them as “received damaged” at the time of delivery. Please then contact us as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within 14 days from when you received your item or items we cannot accept any responsibility for breakages.

1.7  Returned damaged goods will be replaced on receipt of the item or items being sent back.

1.8  Please specify in advance if you wish for a credit refund for the damaged items being returned as this will help us process your refund with greater speed.

1.9  We will refund the full cost of postage to you for damaged items being returned.

1.10  Postage costs will be refunded to you at the original cost that they were first sent out.

2. Postage and Packing

2.1 All UK deliveries all deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for.

2.2 All International deliveries are posted inclusive of an ‘International Signed For’ service.

3. Postage and Packing Costs

3.1 Each item or items are charged at the exact cost of posting dependent on weight and size with an allowance of £2.00 made for packaging and handling costs.

3.2 For international deliveries outside of the UK items a charge of £3.50 is also applicable to cover an ‘International Signed For’ service. This confirms delivery status and allows for on-line tracking of your order within the UK.

4. Lost Items

4.1 An item shall be considered lost if it has not arrived within 7 working days from the date it was posted. This only applies to UK deliveries. For all other deliveries an item shall be considered lost if it does not arrive within 31 days.

4.2 We accept full responsibility for items which have been lost.

5. Compensation For Lost Items

5.1 Where an item or items have been lost the buyer has the option of either having them replaced by an item or items which are the same, or receiving a credit note or refund for the full amount including postage and packinging costs.

6. Delivery Time

6.1 First class delivery time is 1-2 working days.

6.2 Estimated time for International deliveries is 5 working days.

7. Payment Options

7.1 Once you have decided that you wish to buy you may choose from one of our secure payment options. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, and Solo. We also accept Chalice Well Trust gift vouchers.

7.2 Please note that we do not accept Euro-cheques or book tokens.

8. VAT

8.1 All Prices shown include VAT (except books which are zero for VAT purposes). When a zero-rated VAT item is ordered together with a fully rated VAT item, VAT must also be charged on the total cost of postage and packing.
