Do I need to log-in to make a purchase?
Yes. In order to make a purchase you need to be ‘logged in’. You may log-in at any point up until the time of your purchase.
How do I make a purchase?
Browse our catalogue to look at our range of products. If you wish to make a purchase click on the “add to shopping cart” button. When you are ready to pay click on to “My Shopping Cart” and follow the on-line instruction. You will need to be logged-in to complete the purchase.
Is shopping on-line safe?
Yes. Shopping with us is always safe and secure. 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used on this website to encrypt any credit card information you send over the internet symbolised by the ’golden padlock’ symbol. We do not store any personal credit card numbers once the transaction is complete.
How much does postage and packing cost?
Postage is determined by the total weight of your shopping cart and your delivery address. The price banding for weight is updated regulary so the cost is determined to the exact amount with no hidden extras. A flat rate of £2 is added for packaging and handling costs. For items outside Great Britian an additional service charge of £4 or £5 is added to cover insurance and tracking costs.
How soon will my items arrive?
Items will be despatched on the same day for orders received Monday to Friday by 12.00 PM Noon. 1st class is 1-2 days, International Europe is 3 days and World Zones I and II is 5 days. Please note these are approximate delivery times.
Can I return an item which I am unhappy with?
Yes. If for any reason you should need to return any item or items from your purchase we will refund you the full cost inclusive of the proportional postage costs*. We will also refund reasonable postage costs incured to you for returning the item or items.
* We are unable to refund Compact Discs once they have been removed from their original packaging unless the received item is damaged or faulty.
